What better day is there then Mother's Day!  As all of us dads know there isn't anyone more important than our wives and mothers.  Our wives take care of our kids and even us; they make sure that whatever needs to be done gets taken care of.  They are our best friend and will be there for us through thick and thin, and all the ups and downs of having children.  They teach us about what is needed to take care of our kids.

Then there are our mothers.  Just like I said about our wives, they were there to take care of us.  Teaching our fathers how to care for us and make sure we are taught what is important in life (like taking care of our wives!).

So that is why Mother's Day is so important, it reminds us and helps us celebrate what makes the world go round... MOTHERS!

My experience with 1-800-flowers.com has always been very pleasant.  The flowers are always beautifully arranged and fresh.  They always last a long time, and for days look like the day I received them.

I was sent an arrangement of my choice for this review.  Because my wife loves purses and bags I chose the Handbag of Blooms.  This arrangement is very beautiful, my wife lived it.  It was perfect for an early Mother's Day gift!  It has beautiful roses, daises, and other flowers to give it such wonderful color and just goes great with the look and mood of spring.  The handbag is also very cute and gives my wife something cute and new to use in the spring.  It is the perfect size to take to the library and get a bunch of books for our son and us to read.

1-800-flowers.com also always has so many different arrangements available.  The possibilities range from simple to extravagant. Throughout the years that I have been going to 1-800-flowers.com they always seem to have new and fresh ideas every year.  They have the traditional, but also great new ideas for those that like something different.  Some of the arrangements I like are Pearls of Wisdom™, Mother's Love™ Bouquet, and Martha Stewart Enchanted Blossom Bouquet.
