Culturelle Review and Giveaway *CLOSED*

Culturelle is a probiotic dietary supplement containing Lactobacillus GG which is used to restore and maintain a healthy balance in the digestive system.

I received the Culturelle Natural Health & Wellness and have been trying it out for a few weeks.  The first thing I did notice when I started taking this was that I seemed to have more energy.  I have always fought the want to take a nap after work because I only get like 1-2 hours with my son before it is time for the bedtime regiment.  I can easily stay up late, and do regularly, but right after work I am exhausted and just want a nap.  So as I started taking Culturelle I realized that I didn't feel so exhausted after work and started to be able to run and play more with my son.  That part has been the best benefit of taking this probiotic.

Another thing I noticed as I have been taking Culturelle is that I have done better at working on the extra few pounds I have.  When I was in college I put on a few pounds, I know that is different then most people but I was married and my wife cooks well, and I also was working the graveyard shift which really threw my body off.  But so I have been working on snacking less and eating healthier to take those few pounds off again and it sometimes works and sometimes comes back.  But as I have been taking Culturelle I seem to be thinking about my health more and so I have watched what I eat more and make sure to head to bed at a better time.  This I have noticed helped me knock off a few pound pretty quick, so I can't say 100% that this helps you loose weight, but for me it has helped with my awareness through snack time and dinner to eat less so then the results for me have been some increased weight loss.

So I do recommend this product to people to help get their body back in order on the inside, which we all know will help with how you look and feel on the outside.  I plan to keep going with it but probably do it a little bit each month and take it here and there as I feel like I need it, now that I feel like I have my energy back and getting my weight back where I want it.
